JIGSAWS GALORE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Jigsaws Galore is copyrighted by David P. Gray, Gray Design Associates. This software and accompanying documentation are protected by United States copyright law and also by international treaty provisions.

This software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to David P. Gray. All jigsaws and images supplied with the game are copyrighted material and must not be redistributed outside of the game. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed software or any jigsaws supplied or created with it except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

David P. Gray grants you a limited license to use this software for personal use only. Please visit our store at http://www.dgray.com/mall.htm if you would like to purchase the full version of the game.

Creating new jigsaws.
The free edition does not include the capability to create new jigsaws. A paid edition is available at our web site which does include the ability to create new jigsaws. By using this software you agree to the following important terms and conditions:

1. Any new jigsaws created are strictly for personal use and not for resale or commercial use.
2. Jigsaws created with this software must not be sold.
3. Jigsaws created with this software must not be used to advertise any other company, product or service.
4. Jigsaws created with this software must not be used to add value to or be bundled with another product or service.
5. Jigsaws created with this software must not be scandalous, defamatory, obscene or immoral.
6. You must be sure before giving any new jigsaws to others that the images you use are either royalty-free or you hold the copyright.
7. Neither the author David P. Gray, or Gray Design Associates, accept any copyright liability for the images used by end-users.
8. Any rights, terms and conditions not expressly stated above are reserved by David P. Gray.
